Welcome.

I’m Dallas. I'm husband to Martha and dad to Eloise and Bo. We are from New Jersey, but we currently live on campus at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. I’ve been blessed with experience in many areas of ministry, including preaching, teaching, worship-leading, small-group program coordination/launching, and children's ministry. We love serving Jesus' local church and are very much an "all-in" family wherever God takes us.

This website is designed to give you a better idea of who I am, where I've come from, and my ministry experience beyond that which a resume can capture.

God has placed a burden on my heart to shepherd the disciples He’s placed around me. In all areas of ministry, I push the local body towards a Psalm 78 culture, in which every generation is intentionally passing down their faith to the next. I see two primary channels through which this must take place: the home and small groups.

 

Through the home-channel, I work to equip parents to own their God-given role as the primary disciplers of their children, which blesses their most important small group: their family. Through the small group-channel, I work to create opportunities for every disciple to have Christ-driven relationships with other disciples from every generation. It is through these relationships in the home and small group that I believe the Holy Spirit works most consistently in us, through us, and around us. My job is this: equip the leaders, connect the disciples, and craft the experiences in a way that best positions the disciple’s heart to be shaped by Jesus, for His glory and our good.​
